1. Overview of Services

Avision LLC provides professional video editing, post-production, motion graphics, and commercial content creation services. All services are delivered digitally and are governed by these Terms.

2. Scope of Work

Services include but are not limited to:

Commercial video editing for brands and corporations
Motion graphics and visual identity content
Color grading, sound design, and final delivery
Short-form content for social media platforms
Documentary and branded content production

3. Payment Terms

Payments are made per project or on a retainer basis, as agreed in the individual project contract. All fees are for legitimate commercial creative services. No payment is collected for unlicensed goods, gambling, or any prohibited activity.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives a usage license for the final deliverable. Avision retains the right to display work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Prohibited Use

The client agrees that all content submitted for editing does not contain illegal, explicit, or harmful material. Avision reserves the right to refuse or terminate any project that violates these terms.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable commercial law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or binding arbitration.
