1. Nature of Services

Avision LLC provides professional video editing, post-production, and motion graphics services. Because our services involve significant creative labor, time, and intellectual effort, our refund policy reflects the nature of custom digital deliverables.

2. No Refund After Delivery

Once a final video deliverable has been sent to the client, no refund will be issued. Digital creative work cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. By approving a final delivery, the client acknowledges satisfaction with the work.

3. Partial Refund Eligibility

A partial refund may be considered in the following cases:

The project was cancelled by the client before work began — full refund of any deposit paid.
The project was cancelled after partial work was completed — a partial refund will be issued proportional to the work not yet performed.
Avision is unable to deliver the agreed work within the agreed timeframe due to reasons within our control.

4. Revision Policy

Rather than issuing refunds, Avision offers revision rounds as specified in the project agreement. If the delivered work does not meet the agreed brief, the client is entitled to request revisions within 7 days of delivery. Revision requests must be specific and based on the original project brief.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

No refund will be issued in the following cases:

The client changes the project direction or requirements after work has begun.
The client is dissatisfied due to personal preference unrelated to the agreed brief.
The client fails to provide necessary materials (footage, assets, feedback) within agreed timelines.
The final deliverable has already been approved and received.
More than 14 days have passed since the final delivery date.

6. Deposit Policy

Projects typically require a deposit (50% of the agreed fee) before work begins. This deposit covers the initial creative planning, research, and setup. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless Avision fails to begin the project.

7. Dispute Resolution

If a client believes a refund is warranted, they must contact Avision within 14 days of delivery at contact@amiravision.com. We are committed to resolving all disputes fairly and professionally through good-faith communication.

8. Chargebacks

Avision takes chargebacks seriously. If a chargeback is filed without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to dispute it and provide full documentation of services rendered. We encourage clients to contact us first — we will always work to find a fair resolution.

9. Governing Terms

This Refund Policy is part of Avision's overall Terms of Service. By engaging our services, clients agree to this policy in full.
